"Exchange worked out, just took longer than I expected"
I ended up doing an exchange because the item wasn’t quite what I needed, and overall it went fine. It just felt a little slow getting everything processed and sent back out. I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything since I had another option to use in the meantime, but I did find myself checking for updates more than I expected. Not a bad experience, just not the fastest.

"Not quite like the pictures"
The item didn’t really match what was shown in the photos. The color looked different in person, and the size didn’t feel right either. I get that pictures can vary a bit, but you’d expect it to be close to what’s advertised.

"Not exactly seeing the value"
I checked out gabrielny.com, the prices felt a bit much for what was being offered. Maybe there’s a reason for the cost that I’m just supposed to magically understand, but it wasn’t very clear to me. I’d definitely look around first before spending that much

"Checkout was kind of a pain"
The site was loading slow for me, and the filters kept doing this thing where they’d reset after I changed them. By the time I finally got to ordering, the whole thing took way longer than I expected.

"Pretty good overall, but shipping was slow"
The jewelry is really nice and I was happy with what I got, though at first I thought the checkout was fine, actually, no, it did feel a bit slow while I was placing the order. Shipping also took longer than I expected, but the pieces are cute enough that I’m not too upset about it.

"I was disappointed with this ring..."
I was disappointed with this ring. It looked really nice on the website, and the description made it seem like it would be better quality, so I was confused when it arrived feeling kind of cheap. The stone setting looked uneven, and after just a few wears it already had scratches. For the price, I expected a lot more

"Just not really my vibe"
I wanted to like it, but the design feels a bit dated to me and the styles are kinda too plain. Overall, it just wasn’t my thing and I didnt really like the look.

"Customer service took a while to get back to me"
I’m not totally sure how long it took in the end, it felt like a few days, maybe more? I reached out and then kind of lost track while waiting. They did eventually help me out, so I’ll give them that, but the whole back-and-forth felt slow and a little unclear. I just wish the timing and updates had been better.

"Shipping was a mess"
The order itself was fine, but the delivery was so frustrating. Tracking barely moved for days, and I was just sitting there wondering where my package even was. It ended up arriving later than expected, what a joke. Customer service did respond, but they didn’t really give me any useful help. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the shipping to be smoother.

"Warranty repair took way too long"
The warranty repair was a huge letdown. It took forever, and in the end it didn’t really feel like it helped at all.

"Packaging felt a bit underwhelming"
The box was fine and everything arrived safely, so no real issue there. I guess I just felt a little pressured by the price to expect something nicer, and the presentation ended up feeling plain. Not bad, just not quite what I had in mind...
